Illustrative - Huw - Artwork With Brains...
ABOVE: Main promo image for the iPhone game, "Diner of the Dead"
The zombie "family" from the iPhone game "Diner of the Dead"
ABOVE: The first background for the iPhone game, "Diner of the Dead"
ABOVE: Another background for "Diner of the Dead". This is an animated gif so I hope it actually "moves" once posted. If it doesn't, well, don't worry since it's hardly Pixar quality anyway!
ABOVE: This is the hand-drawn (then computer polished) font I designed for "Diner of the Dead".

Rockabilly Graveyard Street Race
"I FINALLY got this commission inked and coloured. It must have taken me about 25 hours just for the inking! Am I unbelievably slow or is that normal? I'd love to hear from people who do similar stuff. The original is 17" x 14" if that makes a difference.
This was inked with a Raphael 8408 #3 brush and Speedball Super Black ink. I used a bit of archival marker for the lines in the hotrod grill and on the windshield but it's about 98% brush and ink. Colouring done i Photoshop. (pencils appear below)
The person who commissioned this is Mark Maia and, in addition to being an all-around cool guy and having great taste in art (obviously!), he is also a top-notch photographer. You can check out his stuff here: http://www.markmaiaphotography.com/
Just remember kids, don't street race - especially near the graveyard during a full moon!"

Illustative Research - Freddy Santiago
"Past couple months I started doing some paintings on the side and experimenting/exploring with my new subject matter of mexican/american subjects. Both of them were done with acrylics. Had fun painting them. Will keep doing a new series of new imagery along with drawings. I am also planing on making designer toys of my buffalo mascot. Stay tune for prints, toys and new make overs on the sites."
